When a route is chosen that has been downloaded from my iPad the process starts but never completes. The download process stays on the screen forever every time I try.
I save a plan on my iPad. Then find the plan on the app running on the infotainment of my Polestar 2. The plan starts to load but then freezes with the “rotating circle” never completing

Do you mean that you have saved links to plans outside the app and then try to open them?
