Road update planning issue

Hi, I’m trying to plan a drive for a couple of weeks time. I’m in Far North Queensland Aus and we’ve recently had significant flooding and road closures. The road status and routes offered are not reflecting the current road status, is there a way I can either update it, or remove all closures so I can plan ahead? Thanks.
