How can I retrieve a previous plan without changing it.

    Click at the plan you want to open and then select All plan settings.

      And is there a way to print out the plan? I believe that I was able to do it once, but I don't remember how I did it.

        Yes if you click at Share plan at the bottom of the plan then select Excel. Then make a pdf and print.
