Red arrow left on map, preventing direct route planning. Massive impact on use of app! As it always plots you back to that point. This renders this app useless. I have other feedback on my use of this app/service over the last 2 days, nearly 1000 miles and four countries.

    Hi @harveystarns,

    Sounds like an old GPS point got stuck for your vehicle. Should be possible to resolve by disconnecting and reconnecting the live data source. But I’m not seeing this on your account today. Has this issue been resolved?

      Its still static on my map, but now grey rather than red (it moved from France to the UK) I can plan routes again…but it is still in a weird place…how do I disconnect the live data source?
