Hello, The "Real-Time Data" is not synchronized in the app.

When starting a trip, the connection indicator displays a sleep status "zzzz" for a while, then displays a SOC associated with a three-bar green indicator. Unfortunately, after a few minutes, the indicator turns red and has a slash through it. The SOC remains frozen for the entire trip.

When the vehicle remains stationary, the SOC given by the app is correct, and the settings page displays the time elapsed since the vehicle stopped.

In the "My Trips" summary, the displayed SOC remains stuck at the starting value of the trip, and the consumption remains at 0 Wh/km.
