Questions regarding premium subscrition

Hello,

I have 2 questions regarding premium subscription.

First question: The premium subscription enables connection with the car for improved management. But can the app trigger battery before arrived at charge station? Or is that still a manual process?

Second question: if a planned charging station becomes overloaded during the travel, is the application able to recalculate automatically? Or do you have to select the next station?

    Hi

    If you mean preconditioning the battery the app can’t do that.

    If we think that the total time of the route will be much longer we will send you to another charger. It is usually faster to take the planned charger even if you have to wait a while.
