Questions about ABRP

From comment on Function for reporting new charging stations was removed?

Greetings.

1. Thanx for answer,but it would be better to communicate via email, as this forum is buggy or incompatible with physical keyboard-i have to wait for write-buffer,if I write by my ordinary full speed on physical keyboard, this system obviously only awaiting much slower inputs from virtual keyboards is DROPPING CHARACTERS,when I am writing on my BlackBerry Key 1 with physical keyboard, I have to repeatedly go back & fix errors caused by character dropping,but I guess,as I am the only person worldwide still using smartphone with physical keyboard & inputs from other smartphones via virtual keyboards r slow enough for
   Your system to handle,U have no reason to fix this…

2. If I open the Documentation,I do not see any database menu,just an AI interface.

   
   

3. I have app version 6.1.something on Android 8.1,updated 2 or 3 days ago,thus I have latest version or latest version compatible with Android 8.1,if the latter,I cannot update it anymore. I cannot afford BlackBerry Key 2,thus until its price will not drop,I cannot upgrade to Android 10 & I will not give up physical keyboard, I am too old for those user-hostile devices without a real keyboard.

4. Is it possible, bugs,I experience, r caused by I am on Android 8.1?

I cannot post negative reviews of charging stations, where I experienced troubles & after last update of the app I cannot c the button for direct reporting of charging stations missing in the map,now I only have options to report charging stations via Google Maps or Waze,which is very uncomfortable, the way,I could report charging stations in previous app version, is entirely missing in my current app version.

6. I moved to U from Place to Plug due to unusably outdated maps & PlugShare due to fascist admins deleting every input,I contributed, within several days,so this is 3rd charging app,I am trying (not counting E.on Drive,as it is not universal,but for E.on only & recently stopped showing any charging points), I am afraid, if every app is so buggy,I will have to use mother's PHEV as a scout vehicle for every case,I go somewhere for the 1st time to prevent being stucked & mark charging stations to a paper map & then use old good paper,if all such apps r such a crap…

   
   Sufficient for PHEV,but dangerous for old BEVs like my C0 with 10KWh battery & no backup power,if I stuck due to inaccurate data & here in eastern Europe r a lot of another poor persons using old,1st gen.BEVs,which may stuck,if they r misled by imprecise data about charging stations, thus I wish to help primarily to others with old EVs with small batteries to prevent stucking by sharing my experiences, am I again in wrong app for this purpose?

   
   I may do paper maps for myself,but I cannot share those…

7. R U here only for rich crews with 80+KWh batteries in their vehicles, or also for poor old EV drivers with tiny batteries, who cannot risk inaccuracies,as the next attempt to charge may be too far?

   
   Or must i buy a premium account to have those options back?

8. I need to be able to add charging stations to the map,when they r missing & report charging stations, where I had serious troubles or I was entirely unable to charge.
