OBD Support for Proton eMAS 7 / Geely E5

Hi, I was thinking of getting the Vgate OBDii Dongle to use with this car and subscribe to a premium account.

Is it a straight forward process? Plug in the dongle, pair it to the iPhone, or do I need another app to bridge the data to ABRP (this is what ChatGPT told me)?
