Problems with route guidance

During the planned route, the app suddenly switched to English-language mode and the screen display changed back and forth in the zoom area. The route guidance continued to run in the background but the actual distance to the destination and the message when and where I might have to turn off did not appear. Even restarting the app did not help.

How can the problem be solved?
