Problem with OBD2 + BYD Dolphin

Hi, I live in Brazil and my English is not good, but i connected my obd2 ELM327 in my car BYD DOLPHIN, in system, the system shows that it is connected and also reading, but the information does not appear in real time, it says it is ok, but when I make the route it does not even get the car's battery percentage, what could it be?
