Problem with Enode and ID4

Questions

I have a premium subscription and had my ID4 2024 connected to ABRP via Enode. It worked for a while and then Enode showed up a disconnected. Reconnecting didn’t do anything. I eventually deleted and recreated the car and now the Enode connection is stuck on Registering. Any help appreciated. I mainly got the subscription to retrieve the live data and now that’s not working.

    Now it is linked and Registered changed to Not Connected. What does that mean?

      Hi,

      This means that we have established a connection but that the data we’ve received isn’t recent. This can happen if the vehicle hasn’t been active for some time and hasn’t communicated new data.
