Preferred Chargin Network is not always chosen

Hi there,

I have two preferred charging networks (Eviny and Circle K) in Denmark. But the one that is lesser preferred is always chosen even thoug it is also more expensive and both are at the same place in Odense.

What is the reason for that?

    When I open the plan you attached these network are not in the prefer list.

          Yes you can save the network settings for your plan. When I open your plan I need to select All plan settings to see why we have selected the chargers.

            But where can I amend plan specific preferences? And it is for me not obvious what kind of data has been saved or restored with the all plan settings. I would have expected starting time, different SoC etc. But not preferred networks.

              All settings that are under Plan settings in the Settings will be saved with the plan. When you open the saved plan you choose if you want to use this settings for the plan.

              If you have several cars the car will also be saved with the plan.

                Ok, thanks for clarification. In my opinion that should be made clearer.

                Is there then a way to set default plan settings?

                  Yes if you scroll all the way down in the settings you will see Reset settings.
