Possible regression: Route plan refuses to use Chesapeake Bay bridge

I’m looking at a route I drive often, northern Virginia to Delaware beaches. The optimal path is route 50 over the Chesapeake Bay bridge. No matter what I do, ABRP won’t create a route using the bridge. I checked, the bridge is open. I am not avoiding bridges or tolls. It’s routing near the bridge to charge, and then going all the way up to NJ and back down to avoid the bridge, doubling the drive time. I seem to recall this happening years ago; I think at that time it was because it thought the bridge was only drivable when heading west. Is this a regression?
