Poor Documentation and Terms/Icon definitions

This is one of the most confusing programs I have struggled with. Your terms are not defined, the symbols used are not defined, there seems to be no direction on how to proceed. It looks nice, but is full of jargon and nice graphics, but no direction. While much prettier than Plugshare, substantially more difficult to use. Even on this page the icons are not obvious, What dose create more mean? etc.
