2023 Polestar 4 (China-spec) with GB/T charging ports

ABRP currently does not have a separate vehicle option for the China-spec Polestar 4 with GB/T charging ports.

The Chinese-market Polestar 4 uses GB/T charging, while the European version uses CCS2 / Type 2. This difference is important for route planning, because ABRP may suggest charging stations that are not directly compatible with the China-spec vehicle.

Please add a Polestar 4 China-spec / GB/T variant so that ABRP can correctly filter compatible charging stations and plan routes accordingly.
