Please add US VW ID. Buzz Pro, Pro S, Pro S+, 1st Edition and enable NACS as one of the connector choices

While ABRP does have the EU models of the VW ID. Buzz, it lacks the specific models for the US. In addition, in the US we now have NACS support on the ID. Buzz, however this is not a selectable connector in the interface with the EU models I had to pick to represent my US ID. Buzz.
