Please add NACS (Tesla) to Nissan LEAF (CHAdeMO) via adapter

Questions

I have a CCS1 to CHAdeMO adapter for the Nissan LEAF and the CCS1 option is great. I am now getting an additional adapter to allow me to use NACS with my Nissan LEAF (2023 SV+ 60kWh, configured as 2022+ e+ 62kWh in ABRP). It would be great to add NACS support for the LEAF, as it is a configuration that I know some LEAF owners have successfully used.

    I asked my colleague and unfortunately we will not add NACS adapter fot this car.

      Not even under some kind of a “beta” / “advanced mode” hidden menu? Bummer.

      Well, I did some experiments and it looks like I was overly optimistic. My experiments at three SCs have shown that my setup does not work. For anyone else that is reading this, it looks like NACS on the ‘25 and earlier models may be problematic.

    I suspect that given how inexpensive NACS-CCS1 adapters are, this will be generally a useful option for anyone already able to use CCS1 on their LEAF.
