2022-2024 BMW iX xDrive50 with 106kwh (usable) battery pack

Hello. I have a 2023 BMW iX xdrive50 with a 111kwh net, 106kwh usable battery pack. I have subscribed to abetterrouteplanner and was confused why once i linked my iX, the range was way way off. to compensate, i have increased the efficiency for now by 50%. But to sync real time data, it resets back to my current efficiency of 3.1 to 3.4 miles/kw. On a regular basis, and 80% charge indicates a range of 290 to 320 miles, exceeding the EPA rating.
