Planning not working on iPad

Whenever I try to plan the simplest route on my iPad I get the error “ABRP könnte Deinen Plan nicht berechnen”. Below I find two buttons in that error Dialog “Lies unsere FAQ” which does exactly nothing when clicked and “Kontaktieren den suport which gives me a new error “we couldn't open your mail app”. As this app now worked like a charme for several years In step back from deleting it immediately. But WTH is happening in your testing department?
