Looking at your account settings, you have added some charge cards, but you haven’t preferred any networks. Please check this setting.
Nastavení → Nabíječky a sítě → Vyhnout se a preferovat
We do try to use chargers that use your added charge cards, but sometimes the options along the route aren’t good enough for us to select them. If we for instance lack live status data for a network we’ll prioritise networks that do provide this to ensure a safe journey for you.
