Questions about the app

Hello.I would like to share some incomprehensible experiences with the App.

1. Why can't you click on the charger you are driving past and it is visible on the map?
   

2. Why when I click to search for charging stations without a planned route it doesn't find anything?
   

3. Why when I drive a scheduled route it only went once to set /adjust the actual battery status of the car after charging? let the car charge 10% more?
   

4. Why doesn't the app work offline?
   

5. And why is the phone being incredibly stressed when in use? Is it getting incredibly hot and draining the battery a lot?

I can't imagine not having the phone connected without the cable. The phone normally lasts 700km of travel with online google maps. Approximately 9h of driving! Thanks for the response. Vehicle MG 5 Combi

Dobrý den.Rád bych sdělil několik nepochopitelných zážitků s App. Proč při jízdě nelze kliknout na nabíječku okolo které projíždíte a je vidět i na mapě?

Proč když kliknu na vyhledávání dobíjecích stanic bez naplánované cesty nic to nenajde?

Proč když jedu naplánovanou trasu šlo pouze jednou nastavit /upravit skutečný stav baterie vozu po nabíjení?

Nechal jsem vůz o 10% více nabýt!?

Proč nefunguje app offline?

A proč je telefon při používání neskutečně zatěžován?

Neskutečně se ohřívá a baterie se velmi vybíjí? Neumím si představit nemít připojení telefonu bez kabelu. Telefon běžně vydrží 700km cesty s online google mapami. Cca 9h jízdy! Děkuji za reakci. Vozidlo MG 5 Combi
