ODBII connection fails / times out

I’m evaluating ABRP before our first major roadtrip. I’m trying to connect an AutoPhix 3210 ODB2 device in my 2022 Kia EV6 GT-line. It makes the BLE connection but fails to make the vehicle connection. See the attached ABRP screenshots.

Is this dongle supported? If not, is there a list of supported dongles?
