ODB DA100

Questions
ODB is installed and visible. I have installed the tool provided, and it works correctly. Unfortunately, I can't get to the second of the three steps. Each time I get an error message. I've tried with the ODB application installed as well as without it.

      Hello,

      It s a Lexus RZ450e.

      The ODB is listed under the name DA100. I wasn't familiar with it, but it has a 5-star rating. With its application, it works really well. However, it's possible that it might not be compatible with ABRP…. Didn't found any information.

        It is possible that the device doesn’t support a BLE connection, which is what ABRP uses. Are you able to check this with the manufacturer?

        Things that you also can do are;

        • Verify that the ABRP app has been given permission to use Bluetooth on your phone

        • Make sure the vehicle is on

        • Make sure no other app is linked to the dongle
