OBLink CX
Cannot link ABRP app to my OBDLink CX on my UK 2019 BMW i3. The app does not pick up the OBDLink CX, despite it being connected to my iPhone.
App regularly crashes on iPhone and Apple CarPlay and has to be restarted.

To help us figure out what happen we need you to send a bug report. First you need to enable the bug button in the settings. Go to the settings and scroll all the way down.
The bug button will show on your screen. When the OBD is connected to your car and the car is in drive mode click at the button. Then let me know when you have done this.

Is the OBD connected in the car because the bug report does not say anything about the OBD.

I have sent maybe 4 bug reports. Every time I try to connect the obd link through the app, the app does not pick it up then when I try to exit and look at my route the app freezes and I have to restart it.

We can’t see any connection with the OBD in the report. Can you unlink the OBD, then do a screen recording on the linking and send a new bug report?

How can I send you a screen recording? The ABRP app freezes every time I try to link the obdlink. It also fails to pick up the obdlink if I just leave the phone in the car under the obdlink, with the app open, searching for the obdlink.
