OBD would not connect

I have OBD link MX+ and would not connect to the ABRP app. When I tried other apps like car scanner it’s connecting but no way with ABRP. The app doesn’t find the OBD Bluetooth. What I’m doing wrong?

    It needs to be the OBD that is named MC+. Please read this article Choosing an OBD device
