My vehicle is BYD Dolphin. I used it on one trip. On the second trip it stopped connecting. It didn't give any error. Bluetooth connects but cannot access vehicle information. It connects successfully to the Car-scanner app.

Ok. These cheaper devices aren’t super trustworthy. Carscanner also works differently, while ABRP relies on a BLE connection.
What you can try is to make sure that the dongle isn’t connected to any other app before attempting to link it to ABRP.
