OBD Dongle can't connect past the initial connection screen

I have a 2024 Hyundai ioniq 5. I got the OBD link CX dongle. I'm the ABRP app, when I connect it in live settings, I can find the dongle in the Bluetooth list, and when I select it it shows the data that is correct from the vehicle. For instance my vehicle was at 41% charge, and it showed 41% in the overview. I confirm link. Then when back in the main area the soc is out of date (not 41%) with an old number and shows that the dongle cannot connect (Red Bluetooth symbol) even though the setting was not manual, it was set for live data.
