Obd connection lost

Hello. I have the Vgate i-car pro OBD 2. Paired with my phone. I can find and select it in ABRP. After selecting it all checks are green. On the OBD all lights are flashing. It reports the correct SOC and other data. But when selecting the blue save button (“opslaan” in dutch) the connection is lost right away and only a red light is on in the OBD. The SOC in ABRP connected with android auto turns into the red Bluetooth sign. Even though a connection was set up, there's no live data and according to the app there are connection problems. What is wrong?
