OBD BLE connection problem with KONNWEI KW902
Hello!
I have a problem with the ABRP when trying to connect it to the OBD for live car data.
Other apps are working just fine connecting and reading the data.
Tried everything and no result.
Please help me.
Car: Dacia Spring
OBD: KONWEI
OS: Android

KONNWEI KW902 has BLE connection. That’s why I suspect its a abrp problem. It’s very frustating to pay for an app that does not work like it should

Great clarification. Konnwei has about 50 different products, without more information in the initial post there is no way for us to know which one you use.
By a simple search here I can see that other user have reported similar issues with their products; https://abrp.featurebase.app/?q=konnwei
I also found other people reporting issues to connect to other apps;

The solution suggested there seemed specific to the dongle and not the apps themselves;
Plug in scanner
Press Start on car
Press the little button on the scanner so the little red light is on
Do not try and pair in Bluetooth settings
CanZE did not work for me , but Car Scanner app did, download from App Store
Use the Renault Zoe Phase 2 profile
Connect - and you’ll see all the lights turn on. on the scanner
Should work now.
Let me know if this resolves the issue for you, else we’ll add the dongle to our list of not-recommended devices.
