My vehicle is a 2025 gmc hummer ev. I have tried a OBDLink cx and veepeak obdcheck ble +. Apps like car scanner see both dongles and report information from both just fine. ABRP has Bluetooth permissions in iOS but seems like it does not see any dongles. I have tried two different iPhones with iOS 17 and 18.

Yes I have tried that. The dongle never shows up in ABRP to connect.
