It is usually connected with the Torque APP. It works well with the Torque connection.

Dear Linda,
indeed I am trying to connect / link through this connection - but it does not connect. When I connect I can see the first 2 lines with a green hook, but the last line always gets a red cross.

Can you please send us a bug report? You can turn on the bug report button if you go to the settings and scroll all the way down. Turn on the toggle where it says Show bug report button. The bug button will then show at your screen. The next time you are in the car with the OBD connected click at the bug button and we will get a report. Please let me know when you have done that.

The OBD works but we don’t get any data. Is the OBD connected to another app?

Dear Linda,
I do not have any other app running that may connect activly to the OBD dongle.
Just the Bluetooth registration tells about a connection to the dongle.
Migth it be that the rootcause is due to the new model of Dacia spring? - My Dacia is proably a newer model?

I just checked your logs and as you mentioned we are fine connecting to the dongle and writing commands but we do not get any proper responses from the car. What model year is your car? We currently seem to support only the first generation (2021-2024).

Ok, we currently do not support that one. Could you check if it works with the “Car Scanner ELM OBD2” app? If so a log would be very helpful for us to add support.

I use the Android Vlink vLinker iCar Pro Mini OBD2 Bluetooth.
It is usually connected with the Torque APP. It works well with the Torque connection.
