Nullarbor Roadhouse charger wrong location
Nullarbor Roadhouse charger on map has recently been moved from its correct location to Border Village.
Separately I had asked for the actual charger at Border Village to be added so that may be related.
Please return Nullarbor Roadhouse charger to its correct location and add Border Village charger to its correct location.

PinnedHi @Daniel J,
Thank you for the request. Please provide more information about the charging location;

Location name

Charging equipment details
The link you added in comments only directs to your user profile. I presume you mean this ticket: NRMA - Nullarbor, Australia ? Or NRMA - Border Village Roadhouse (Australia) ?

Okay, so contradicting the information previously provided in each ticket, ‘NRMA’ is not the operator/network of these locations but instead ‘ChargeFox’ is?

That's right, NRMA is a partner but Chargefox account is required to use the chargers.

I’m not able to find either of the locations above in the ChargeFox app, are you?
Is the ‘Border Village’ location close to ‘Cocklebiddy airport’? (Not finding an exact match for the address in the ChargeFox app.

Yes, I got the information from both from their app. Cocklebiddy is approx 284km west of Border Village by road.

Thank you for the screenshot. For some reason, I’m not seeing it, but this could just be a location issue on my part.
According to the NRMA website, they do have their own app, thus I would say that marking these locations as belonging to the ‘ChargeFox’ network would be incorrect.

No, they are part of Chargefox and that app is used to check status of and activate the chargers

I understand that there is collaboration (or rather that the umbrella org of the NRMA owns ChargeFox), however, their app still lists NRMA as a ‘partner network’.
For now, we’ll treat them as separate networks, but both are already tagged as compatible with the ChargeFox app/charge card.
