Not connected to tronity

Hi I recently connected trinity to allow live connection. It worked for 30 min but after that it says on one function in this app that it’s disconnected however when checking connections in this app is says active for Trinity. Why we noticed was that the remaining battery in the app while driving the planned route was not updated to the actual car remaining battery.

    Hi @sten.alberts,

    Do you mean that the data updates on Tronity’s side but not in ABRP?

    Data will only be updated in ABRP with the Tronity connection as long as the ABRP app is used actively. Sometimes, as with any API connection, delays can happen if the vehicle isn’t active for some time (varies depending on manufacturer).
