Not Accessible Location

I assumed that ABRP takes the opening hours of charging stations into account when planning charging stops, provided that ABRP is aware of them.

Unfortunately, this doesn’t seem to work. Yesterday, it sent me to a location with only 10% battery where the charging stations are not accessible or usable on Sundays — and this is clearly stated in the station details in ABRP.

This must not happen!

    Hi

    Can you please send me a link to that charger so we can look at it. Click at the charger on the map and then at the share button. If we have the opening hours we should not route you there if the charger is closed.

      This was the charger, you have opening hours but you Route me on sunday to this charger.

        We have recently added charging hours but in this case it has clearly gone wrong. We need to look into what went wrong and fix this. I apologize for the inconvenience this has caused you.
