No vehicle connection status with OBD
OBD: Vgate iCar Pro 2S with firmware 2.3.10 and BLE
When connecting through ABRP the dongle shows, but when connecting both vehicle-configuration and BLE connection status checks, but vehicle connection status fails for some reason.
A pop-up message indicates that it cannot read the SoC.
What to do?

To help us figure out what happen we need you to send a bug report. First you need to enable the bug button in the settings. Go to the settings and scroll all the way down.
The bug button will show on your screen. When the OBD is connected to your car and the car is in drive mode click at the button. Then let me know when you have done this.

There is an error and we don’t get any data.
Is the OBD connected to any other app or a splitter?

It’s not connected to another app.
I haven’t installed a splitter, but in Denmark we have a system called MinSkoda. It connects the car online to an MinSkoda app. Could that interfere somehow?

No that should not be a problem. Have your car an option to use Enode? If so you could try if that works.
