OBD device model
Is the OBD connected to car scanner or any other app when you try to connect?

OBD device model: vLinker MC+
The OBD is not connected to car scanner or any other app when Itry to connect. I even uninstalled CarScanner to rule this out as a source of error.

The bug button will show on your screen. When the OBD is connected to your car click at the button. Then let me know when you have done this.

Can you send a log from Car scanner? Let it connect and check out the different pages on the dashboard. Once done the logs can be exported in the settings, check attached screen recording.
