No SOC data from OBDlink CX on ABRP

Hello,

I’m writing because I have recently bought a OBDlink CX (model CX101) to use with my Opel Astra BEV (produced in 2024) in connection with ABRP but unfortunately once trying to connect the OBD with the car I receive the error message I attached to this mail. As a result it’s not possible for ABRP to optimise the route based on live SOC coming from the car.

Could you please help me?
