it works with other applications on android but not with abrp...
When i tried to connect ABRP with the dongle in order to have live data from the car to be able to calculate the battery percentage, ABRP see the obd but is not connecting. “the connection has not been established.”

ok, please check that;
ABRP has been permitted to use Bluetooth
The dongle supports a BLE connection - other apps could use regular old Bluethooth, ABRP doesn’t.

ABRP can see the OBD, it has the permission to use bluetooth,but when i press to connect with it, it says that the connection failed.

Have you made sure to disconnect the dongle from any other app before attempting to link it to ABRP?

Yes, i even uninstalled the other app that use the d9ngle (carscan)
