Does not connect to a 2024 Tesla Model Y

I have a Tesla Model Y LR 2024 that I am trying to connect the ABRP app to. It looks like everything is correct but it never really connects since it is never able to know the updated battery charge. I have disconnected, restarted the app, deleted it, but there is no way to have real time car data in the app.

    It seems like it’s connected now and we get the SoC.
