Unable to plan route with CCS chargers with 2016 Tesla Model S P100D. This car has the CCS upgrade but there is no way for me to select chargers with CCS. I’ve tried online and using the iOS app.
This option isn’t available - it only show “Tesla SC” and I can’t enable anything else. When I hover over this, it says “This is the charging plugs that your car supports or you have available adaptors for“

Looking at your account, you definitely should be able to enable more options.

iOS is running ABRP version 5.6.2. There’s no option to choose the charger connectors. Same problem when using on computer internet browser.

these screenshots are on Chrome browser on a PC. Same thing happens with Safari browser on a Mac, and also there is no toggle on iOS.

The ‘i’ displays the tooltip. What happens if you click the text ‘Type of chargers’?

The options showed up when I clicked on the text on the left column! You fixed my problem but I’d suggest this is poor user interface. How would someone know to click on the text? The interface for making changes appears like it should be on the right side, where the toggles are for other changes, but when I click there I just get the info message as shown earlier in my screenshot.

Go into;
Settings → Chargers & Networks → Type of chargers
Here, enable the plugs you want to include.
