        We unfortunately don’t track the exact date we receive new chargers, but looking at the data that we do have, it oddly enough seems like the last time the location details were updated was the same day as you reported it.

        I’m not sure that this is exact, but in any case, declaring tickets here complete is a manual process, and we have other boards/ticket types we’ve had to prioritize higher over the summer.

        I’ve gone through several posts here today, and I’m hopeful we can focus on the locations that are still missing with the ones we do have marked complete.
