Alfredo Sá 2331 (BR116 highway), Jardim das Acacias - São Diogo, Teófilo Otoni - MG, ZIP 39804-000. Two CCS2 connectors (in a 150 kW station), app Now Charge (https://nowcharge.com.br/), cost R$ 2,50/Kwh. Amenities: restroom, dining, wifi, park space. Open 24/7.

    Our data provider has informed me that they’ve re-published the location at the Itau Shopping Centre.

    Hi @Sérgio Barroso,

    Is this the only location from NowCharge you’re missing, or are there others? I can see that we don’t yet list them as a network, meaning we either have no locations, or very few, or that locations that we do have aren’t tagged with them as the operator.

      Hi @Katya Skog,

      Accordingly to Nowcharge homepage, they have only 5 (five) charges in Brazil. One of then is this one I indicated in Teófilo Otoni. I searched ABRP at the locations indicated at Nowcharge homepage to find out that all other 4 (four) charges are already included in ABRP database, but the information about the network is missing. I’m not a representative of Nowcharge.

      How should I proceed?

        That would explain why they’re not listed as a network, since we require a higher number of chargers in order to consider a group of chargers a network.

        Could you link some of the other locations you found in ABRP so that we can check what data source we use for those?

    Has been unpublished, our data provider says that this location doesn’t seem to exist anymore.

    I’ve asked back since there are rather recent check-in’s on Plushare for the third location.

      I don't know who your data provider is and how it operates in Brazil.

      Our country is very big and charger market here is very recent. We don’t have a “nationwide” charger network, but, rather, smaller local companies/networks. Your data provider should be aware of that information. Volvo has installed some charges around the country, some gas stations networks too, mainly on main roads, but at most places the charges are provided by these smaller/local companies, specifically related to the solar energy business, that has also grown fast here, for obvious reasons.

      That said, the charger at “Itau Power Shopping” belongs to a (local) network called “Nowcharge” (https://www.nowcharge.com.br) not to Wecharge (that is also a local network, providing charges in the different location/region). This Itau Power Shopping, accordingly to a Instagram post, is a modern charger (240 kW CCS2, R$ 2,00/KWh, if you understand portuguese, here is the link: https://www.instagram.com/reel/DDFQma7ucG3/?igsh=dzcwY3IyZTBoZGIy ). If your data provider is checking the Wecharge page, it won't find the charger listed in it, because it belongs to Nowcharge.

      This charger is very far from where I live (more than 12 hours driving to arrive there), so I can't go there to check personally, but I think it's working, as you said, accordingly to Plugshare info, and also the Instagram info.

        Yes, that was the correction I asked them to make - to change the network from WeCharge to NowCharge.

        However, for some reason, they detected the location no longer exists, but I’ve asked back why they think so since there’s a very recent check-in on Plugshare.

          Our data provider claims they haven’t received any updates for the location since 09/05/2024 (unsure if this is May 5th or Sep 9th).

          I’ve once more asked back since there are check-ins as recent as today here;
