Navigation display without itinerary

Hello, I'm using a Carlinkit TBox Plus AI BOX with the latest operating system. It displays on my vehicle's screen (BYD) with CarPlay. I add the ABRP widget to display it on the screen. I have a premium account. I want to have the navigation on the screen even if I don't enter a route. It works with my iPhone but not with this box. What did I forget to configure? K.R. David
