My trips no longer recorded

Since Dec 2024, my driving history is no longer recorded. Before that date, I have the history, but not after.

My car is set up in ABRP app : Skoda Enyaq 2024 85 RWD)

I have an active connection via enode. I disconnected and I reconnected it several times. Did not work.
I have a premium subscription.
My recharging sessions are still being recorded. Not my driving itinerary. Can’t figure out why.

Can you tell me what I should do to restore this feature please ? Thanks/merci.

    Hi

    We can only see data seven days back and I can see that we get less data from Enode from the 14th and until today. Can you try to unlink Enode, delete your car app and install it again. Then connect with Enode again and see if it change it.
