What kind of live data have you tried that does not connect?

Hello Linda, OTA with my porsche account, it links correctly it finds the car but then nothing happens no data coming in, it never worked from june 2024, since premium. Did send some email, and did the link procedure several times, but aleays no data…

Unfortunately that connection have not worked very well for a lot of Porsche. We opened up for Enode instead since that seems to work better. Unfortunately they have a temorary problem right now with incorrect charging states. https://status.enode.com/incidents/01JTMZ6E92JMSJQ93HE26198YM
