Model X 2020 no live data connection

Model X 2020 performance. No live data shown. The app says it is connected. Also the tesla account has authorization for ABRP and in the pad I also enabled live streaming. I also paid the subscription.

    Your car is streaming and we get live data so it seems that everything is working.
