If not possible for you to update a list of véhicule especially for Premium members, what’s the point of creating this app then. If I don’t get response in 48 hours , I will cancel and since I did not use your app I will expect a small refund for starting with your app but not valuable for me. I will go with ChsrgeHub

That would be extremely counterproductive, since our models are based on real-world data generated by our users. An exclusive list only for Premium users would limit the access and lower the data amounts making the models worse for paying users.
Premium users instead have perks like OTA data options and other live data access that improves accuracy of planning.
For any issues with subscription, questions about refunds please select the ‘subscription issue’ option in the app when requesting support. This is not handled here in the public feedback portal.
