We already list the Eldrive network among Avoid and prefer meaning, we do have their chargers. Do you mean that they are entirely missing in Romania or are you just missing one location? Please clarify

Hi. Yes, the entirely ElDrive network is missing from maps in Romania. This is the reason for writing you. I have a payed subscription and I was difficult to find the chargers in my road planner. Please see the picture from the ElDrive app.

After having a closer look at this, I can see that we indeed do have ‘Eldrive’ locations in Romania, even with live status information.
Here’s a link to the first charger in the crude search:
I verified and I founded where is the problem. You show me the chargers using the web site maps but in the mobile app this network isn’t showing, and I can’t choose the ElDrive România chargers as favorite one. Please see the images attached ( the images are print screen from ABRP mobile app - IOS ).

If you look closely at my screenshot from the web, you’ll see that the network is not called ‘ElDrive România’ but instead just ‘eldrive’.
In your screenshot from iOS you’ve selected a different charger. Please exit the charger details menu and check the map again. Sometimes you need to zoom in closer.
An alternative is to search directly for the charger using the regular address input.

Have you made sure to select the correct Types of Chargers ?
Because, by searching for what you entered as the ‘street address’ in this request I can find the ‘Eldrive’ location at ‘Altex Sebeș’ too:
