Yes, this is the Supercharger. This is the first opportunity I have had to speak with a person. Can you please help me understand why so many Tesla superchargers are missing from your maps? This charger has been at this location for years (since at least 2020), it is not new.

We can’t get data from Tesla at the moment so we get the data from another source. If they don’t have the charger we can’t show it either.
I found the chargers you reported so it does not seem like they are missing.

I am not sure how you found it. I am attaching two screen shots. One shows Colby in the plan I created (planMap.png), the other shows a map of the link you provided (missingCharger.png). While your link shows the charger details, they do not show up on the map. And in my plan, it shows even less information. I signed up for the premium plan, but really struggling to understand how to use the tool if chargers don’t show up, even when they are supposedly in your system. I understand I am probably doing something wrong, but would really like to understand what I am missing. Thanks.

I only searched for the address that you added.
Have you added Tesla as a preferred network in the settings? You can also click at the charger on the plan and then click at Add to plan (on the second image) if you want a specific charger).

If I have to search for the address, that implies I have to know it is there. Which greatly detracts from the usability of your app.
I do have Tesla chargers selected as my favorite. Does not help.
Attaching another example, app sent us to a Charge America site in Des Moines Iowa. There is a Tesla Supercharger right across the street, but you’d never know it looking at your map.
I’ll try your app again in the future but for our current trip, not cutting it. Thanks for your .
