Missing superchargers

I tried creating a route, but the routing that should have been used was avoided because, suddenly, a number of superchargers stopped showing up on the map. It took me several hours out of the way and/or had me stop at level 2 chargers.

    Hi @Adam Bohn,

    Currently, we should show Tesla chargers for your account, and I cannot see that anything in your settings would prevent them from being included.

    If the issue persists, could you provide a link to a plan where this happens and perhaps tell us of a specific Tesla location you’re not able to find?

      I’d tried all sorts of plans that night, but a number of Tesla superchargers I know exist literally didn’t show up on the map anymore. Notably Hannibal, MO; Bethany, IA, and Iowa City, IA. Because of their abrupt nonexistence, the app took me 2 hours out of my way or forced me to use level 2 charging.

      By the morning, the superchargers were all back. But it makes no sense why the app suddenly forgot they existed for hours.
